Eligibility is determined based on household income, household size, and other program requirements at the time of application.
Applicants must also meet the community's minimum income requirement of at least 1.5 times the monthly rental amount.Income may include employment income, assets, and other sources of income. The leasing team will verify all sources of income during the application process and re-certify income annually.
